My career has taken me through a variety of customer-focused positions, including time spent running a historical society and engaging with a vibrant online community — all experiences that have strengthened my communication and organisational skills.
At rtwskin, I love being part of a welcoming and expert team that helps clients feel confident and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Building rapport with patients, supporting their treatment journey, and ensuring a smooth experience every step of the way are the most rewarding parts of my work. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy writing, exploring local history, and spending time with my cat, Missy.
