How it works
The Royal Lift uses a two-phase mechanism. Ellansé acts immediately to volumise and contour the face, while also stimulating your body’s natural collagen production over time. Unlike traditional fillers that merely add volume, Ellansé improves skin structure and elasticity from within.
Silhouette Soft® threads are placed under the skin to provide mechanical lifting. These threads are made from polylactic acid (PLA), a biocompatible material that also triggers gradual collagen stimulation. Together, these treatments result in a firmer, more defined appearance that continues to improve for months after the procedure.

How does it work?
Both Ellanse and Silhouette Soft are completely absorbable by the body, making it a very natural non-surgical facelift. It provides a face-lifting effect, achieved not only by correction of volume loss, lines and folds but it also stimulates collagen products for a longer-lasting result.
What areas can be treated?
Sunken cheeks, heavy jowls, chin, hollowed jawls, eyebrow lift, nasolabial folds, droopy corners of the mouth, fine lines and wrinkles.
How long does the lifting effect last?
You will get natural looking and immediate results, that last for around 18 months.

How many sessions are needed?

How long does the procedure take?

If both procedures are being done on the same day (without a break) you’re whole appointment might take up to 2 hours
Is the procedure painful?
For Ellanse we might use Lidocaine Injections in the entry points for the cannula to reduce discomfort during the treatment. But local anesthetic injections are not always required,your practitioner will discuss the best option for you before the procedure.
Silhouette Soft is performed under local anaesthetic, and following the procedure, you’ll experience some tenderness and swelling. The tiny incisions will heal within a fortnight.
Is there preparation required?
Do not take any drugs containing anticoagulants, aspirin or vitamin E at least 5 days before your procedure, unless these medications are vital to your ongoing health.
Inform the clinic if you have had a recent acute skin infection such as cold sores or acne spots. Arrange for a relative or friend to drive you home after your procedure. Do not have any dental appointments a few days before and 4 weeks after procedure.
Do not apply any makeup before and 24 hours after the procedure. Wash your hair the evening before the procedure. Avoid vigorous exercise, sun and heat exposure for 3 days after treatment. Avoid any facials or massage to the treated area for 3-4 weeks after the procedure.

When can both treatments be repeated?
After treatment, you can see results immediately. Long-term, the injections will continue to stimulate collagen production.
Royal lift is a unique procedure that provides both instant and gradual results. Increased volume occurs immediately post-injection, however volumisation continues to develop for up to three months. We will take care not to “over fill”, which may mean further application is required.
Additional treatments may be had at any time, but it is advisable to have 2 to 4 ml of Ellanse at the first treatment (depending on the individual) and then wait for three months. We will then invite you for a check-up to discuss the results and, if necessary additional Ellanse treatment may be recommended.
Results vary between patients, repeating the treatment is usually required after 18 months + ( after the products have been broken down naturally by the body).
Can both treatments be done on the same day?
Both procedures can be performed on the same day or spaced two weeks apart.
Is there anything I need to avoid following my treatment?
We recommend avoiding wearing make up for at least 48 hours after the treatment. Avoid high impact activity following the treatment. Avoid dental procedures for at least 4 weeks after the treatment, to ensure the sutures are properly settled. Are there any side effects?
As with any injection, there may be side effects such as localised redness, swelling and bruising which will usually subside 2-10 days following your treatment. For more information, please speak to your practitioner.
